COST ALLOCATION MANUAL FILINGS 1. The Commission has received six revised cost allocation manuals (CAMs). These revisions, which reflect changes that occurred during the past year, are listed below along with the WCB/Pricing file numbers. Specifically, the AT&T and Verizon CAM revisions reflect changes to the cost apportionment section of the CAM to reflect current methodology used to account for nonregulated services. This matter shall be treated as a "permit-but-disclose" proceeding in accordance with the Commission's ex parte rules.1 Persons making oral ex parte presentations are reminded that memoranda summarizing the presentations must contain summaries of the substance of the presentations and not merely a listing of the subjects discussed. More than a one- or two-sentence description of the views and arguments presented is generally required.2 Other rules pertaining to oral and written ex parte presentations in permit-but-disclose proceedings are set forth in section 1.1206(b) of the Commission's rules.3 3. Interested parties may file comments on or before March 10, 2008, and reply comments on or before March 25, 2008.
