THE FCC’S OFFICE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES 
WCS COALITION AND SIRIUS XM DEMO TESTS 
WT Docket No. 07-293
The WCS Coalition and Sirius XM Radio Inc. have submitted various test results in WT 
Docket 07-293 to evaluate the potential for interference from proposed mobile operations in the 
Wireless Communications Service (WCS) at 2305 – 2320 MHz and 2345 – 2360 MHz to the 
Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) at 2320 – 2345 MHz.  The WCS Coalition and 
Sirius XM will each conduct demonstration tests of potential interference or non-interference at a 
location near Dulles Airport for FCC staff and other interested parties.       
The demonstration tests will be conducted on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 – Thursday, July 
30, 2009, from 10 AM – 5 PM each day.  If necessary, additional demonstration tests may be 
conducted on Friday, July 31.  The testing will be open to the public.  However, many of the 
demonstration tests will be performed with equipment installed in vehicles and space is limited.
