NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 FILING

The FCC Form 477 electronic filing system is now available for filing data as of June 30, 2009.  
Users can access the system at the following address on the FCC’s Website:  
http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html.  Facilities-based broadband providers, interconnected VoIP service 
providers, incumbent and competitive local exchange carriers, and CMRS providers can also find
instructions, systems documentation, FAQs, and other relevant information at
