In this Order, we adopt the attached Consent Decree entered into by the Media Bureau and West Slope FM (the “Licensee”), licensee of FM Translator Stations K263AC, Canyon Valley, Colorado, and K249AW, Steamboat Springs, Colorado (the “Translator Stations”). The Consent Decree resolves issues arising from the Bureau’s review of the captioned applications for renewal of license for the Translator Stations regarding compliance with the requirement to file timely file applications for renewal of license1 and for unauthorized operation of said Translator Stations after the authorizations had expired.2 2. A copy of the Consent Decree is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. By the Consent Decree, the Licensee acknowledges violations of the specified Rule Sections. Furthermore, the Consent Decree provides, among other things, that the Licensee will institute and maintain, for three years, a Compliance Plan for the Stations designed to avoid future violations and make a One Thousand ($1,000) voluntary contribution to the United States Treasury. 3. After reviewing the terms of the Consent Decree, we believe that the public interest will by served by its adoption. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4(i) and (j) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,3 and Sections 0.61, 0.131, 0.283 and 0.331 of the Commission’s rules,4 that the attached Consent Decree IS ADOPTED. 5. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be sent, by First Class and Certified Mail-Return Receipt Requested, to Jon Halverson, West Slope FM, P.O.
