(Integrity) filed a petition for reconsideration of the Wireline Competition Bureau’s (Bureau) Integrity Order.1 In addition, on September 28, 2009, the United States Telecom Association filed a petition for clarification, or in the alternative, for partial reconsideration of the Integrity Order.2 In the Integrity Order, the Bureau denied Integrity’s request for review of a decision by the Universal Service Administrative Company under the Commission’s schools and libraries universal service support program, also known as the E-rate program.3 Interested parties may file comments on or before November 20, 2009, and reply comments on or before December 7, 2009. All pleadings are to reference CC Docket No. 02-6.
