In this Order, we set aside, on our own motion, paragraph 15 in the Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture and Order (NAL/Order) issued in each of the above captioned cases on January 19, 2009.1 With this action, the requirements for cable operators to issue refunds within ninety (90) days of the release of the NAL/Order and to submit reports to the Enforcement Bureau within thirty (30) days of the issuance of such refunds are set aside. This action is without prejudice to the right of the Bureau to reimpose any such requirements after further evaluation. 2. We also modify those portions of the NAL/Orders that provide each party thirty days from the release of the NAL/Order, in which to either pay in full the amount of the proposed forfeiture or file a written statement seeking reduction or cancellation of the proposed forfeiture. We hereby extend the time period within which such action must be taken by thirty (30) days to March 20, 2009. 3.
