FORM 477 ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM NOW AVAILABLE; 
FILING DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MARCH 16, 2009

The FCC Form 477 electronic filing system is now available for filing at the following address on 
the FCC’s Website:  http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html. Broadband Internet service providers and 
interconnected VoIP service providers who are required to file FCC Form 477 can also find instructions, 
systems documentation, FAQs, and other relevant information at www.fcc.gov/form477.
Also, by an order issued today, the Wireline Competition Bureau extended the Form 477 filing 
deadline from March 2, 2009 to March 16, 2009.1
