AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO WAIVE THE DECEMBER 31, 2008 DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING CHANGES TO INTERIM HIGH COST CAP DATA WC Docket No. 05-337 CC Docket No. 96-45 Comments Due: April 20, 2009 Reply Comments Due: May 5, 2009 On December 31, 2008, Centennial Communications Corp. and its subsidiaries (Centennial) filed a waiver of the December 31, 2008 deadline for submitting to the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) changes to the March 2008 data on which interim universal service high-cost capped support is based.1 On December 31, 2008, Centennial also submitted to USAC a letter requesting additional information concerning the March 2008 data.2 Centennial’s petition for waiver states that full review and verification of the March 2008 data is not possible based on the data currently available.3 Centennial, therefore, requests a waiver so that it may submit changes to its March 2008 data two weeks after USAC provides Centennial with the additional requested information.4 Interested parties may file comments on or before April 20, 2009 and reply comments on or before May 5, 2009.
