(CalTel), Cal Tel Inc. of North Carolina (Cal Tel North Carolina), and South Bell Payphones, Inc. (South Bell) (collectively petitioners) filed requests seeking review and reversal of late fees assessed by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) for their late-filed 2008 FCC Forms 499-A.1 The petitioners assert that they did not receive invoices from USAC for the late-filing fees during the first three months after the missed deadlines.2 The petitioners request that the Commission direct USAC to waive the late fees entirely, or eliminate the late fees for the three months that they did not receive invoices, reducing the amount owed from $400 per petitioner to $100 per petitioner.3 Interested parties may file comments on or before April 20, 2009, and reply comments on or before May 5, 2009. All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 06-122.
