Campbell, Miner, and Schlenker: On July 16, 2007, Wireless Connections, dba Radio Licensing Services (“Wireless Connections”) filed a petition seeking reconsideration (“Petition for Reconsideration”)1 of the June 29, 2007 dismissal2 of the application (“Application”) assigning licenses from Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. to Longview Timber.3 The Application was dismissed for insufficient payment of the required filing fees.4 In its Petition for Reconsideration, Wireless Connections states that the incorrect payment of the required filing fees sent to Mellon Bank on June 21, 2007 was a result of a typographical error and that the applicants were willing to submit the additional funds owed to the Commission.5 Subsequent to the filing of the Petition for Reconsideration, Mr. Campbell corresponded with Commission Staff in the Office of the Managing Director regarding the submission of additional funds to cover the underpayment.
