COLE:  Commercial Operator License Examination
QPSAR:  Quarterly Public Service Activity Report
Sessions:  The number of times within a quarter exams are administered by a COLE manager.
The four statistical reporting periods for COLE managers are:
1st Quarter:  January – March (The 1st QPSAR is due April 15) 
2nd Quarter:  April – June (The 2nd QPSAR is due July 15)
3rd Quarter:  July – September (The 3rd QPSAR is due October 15)
4th Quarter:  October – December (The 4th QPSAR is due January 15)
All reports should be filed with:
