Dear Ms. Rasmussen:
This letter dismisses as moot the petition you filed on March 20, 2009 on behalf of Paging 
Systems, Inc. (PSI) to deny the above-referenced application filed by Northeast Utilities Service 
Company (NUSCO).  NUSCO withdrew the application on April 2, 2009.  Consequently, we conclude 
that PSI’s petition to deny the application is moot.
We therefore dismiss, pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 303(r) of the Communications Act of 1934, as 
amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 303(r), and Section 0.331 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.331, 
the petition filed by Paging Systems, Inc. on March 20, 2009, as moot.
