These nonsubstantive modifications are listed below. Instructions to the Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet, FCC Form 499-Q : · Who Must File: Section II.A (page 4): Added a footnote citing the Wireline Competition Bureau’s August 2008 Waterway Communication System Contribution Order.2 · Who Must File: Section II.A (page 4): Amended to spell out “asynchronous transfer mode” and to include Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS). · Who Must File: Section II.A (page 4): Amended to include audio bridging services and added a footnote citing the Commission’s June 2008 InterCall Order.3 · Figure 1 (page 6): Language added stating the public notices announcing the quarterly contribution factors for 2008 are available at http://www.fcc.gov/omd/contribution-factor.html. · When and Where to File: Section II.C (page 9): Language added to clarify that there is no fee to file the FCC Form 499-Q. · Section III.A.: Line 101 and corresponding instructions (page 13): Internet addresses updated. · Column (a) - total revenues: Section III.C.2 (page 15): Amended to clarify that international settlement and settlement-like receipts for foreign-billed service should not be included in U.S. telecommunications revenues. 1 The information collections included in this form have received prior approval from the Office of Management and Budget.
