In this Forfeiture Order (“Order”), we issue a monetary forfeiture in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) jointly and severally to Delroy Johnson, Paul Parara, and Richard Parara for willfully and repeatedly violating Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (“Act”),1 by operating and providing services and facilities incidental to the operation of an unlicensed transmitter on 97.5 MHz in Hyde Park and Dorchester, Massachusetts. 2. On March 8, 2010, the Commission’s New York Field Office issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”) in the amount of $10,000 jointly and severally to Delroy Johnson, Paul Parara, and Richard Parara.2 Neither Delroy Johnson, Paul Parara, nor Richard Parara has filed a response to the NAL or paid the proposed forfeiture. Based on the information before us, we affirm the forfeiture. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 503(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (“Act”),3 and Sections 0.111, 0.311 and 1.80(f)(4) of the Commission’s Rules,4 Delroy Johnson, Paul Parara, and Richard Parara ARE JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY LIABLE FOR A MONETARY FORFEITURE in the amount of $10,000 for willfully and repeatedly violating Section 301 of the Act. 4. Payment of the forfeiture must be made by check or similar instrument, payable to the order of the Federal Communications Commission.
