On June 25, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio, Inc. to operate two terrestrial repeaters, each with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of up to 2000 watts (average), in Baltimore, Maryland, for a period of 60 days.
