TERMINATION OF COMPLETED DOMESTIC SECTION 214 STREAMLINED 
PROCEEDINGS DOCKETED BETWEEN 2002 AND 2006
The Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) has reviewed the docketed proceedings listed in the 
attached Appendix that addressed applications filed pursuant to the Commission’s streamlined rules for 
domestic section 214 transfers of control.  See 47 U.S.C. § 214; 47 C.F.R. §§ 63.03-63.04.  WCB has 
resolved the applications at issue in each proceeding by releasing a final public notice that is no longer 
subject to judicial review.  Therefore, no further action by the Commission is required in the dockets 
listed, and they are therefore terminated effective upon release of this public notice.
