TO TEXAS 10, LLC WT Docket No. 10-78 Pursuant to sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1 and sections 0.261 and 0.331 of the Commission’s rules,2 the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the International Bureau approve the following applications requesting Commission consent to the transfer of control of or the assignment of licenses and authorizations currently held by subsidiaries of AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”) to Texas 10, LLC (“Texas 10”).
