Special Temporary Authority
Sirius XM Radio Inc.
On August 19, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180 days
to operate two Satellite Digital Audio Radio (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters, each with an effective isotropically radiated power of up to 2000 watts
(average) in Puerto Rico.  Sirius XM is authorized to operate these repeaters in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band, which is assigned to Sirius
XM to provide SDARS.

On August 18, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 30 days
to continue to operate a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeater with an effective isotropically radiated power of up to
2000 watts (average) in Arlington, Virginia.  Sirius XM is authorized to operate this repeater in the 2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band, which is
assigned to Sirius XM to provide SDARS.
