Accordingly, SES Americom is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the SATCOM C-3 space station necessary to drift the SATCOM C-3 space station to the 79.15° W.L. orbital location and to maintain SATCOM C-3 at this location using the following frequencies: 3700.5 MHz (Horizontal/space-to-Earth); 4199.5 (Vertical/space-to-Earth); and 6423.5 MHz (Horizontal/Earth-to-space). These repeaters will operate in the 2320-2345 MHz frequency band allocated exclusively to the use of SDARS. S2396SAT-STA-20100810-00175 E Effective Date: 08/25/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On August 25, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC, for a period of 60 days, to continue to operate its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 709, at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location. Specifically, Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 709 space station at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth).
