NOTICE OF DOMESTIC SECTION 214 AUTHORIZATION GRANTED 
WC Docket No. 10-156
The Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) has granted the application listed in this notice 
pursuant to the Commission’s streamlined procedures for domestic section 214 transfer of control 
applications, 47 C.F.R. § 63.03.  The Wireline Competition Bureau finds, upon consideration of the 
record, that grant of the application, subject to U.S. TelePacific Corp. abiding by the commitments and 
undertakings referred to in the August 25, 2010 Letter,1 will serve the public interest, convenience, and 
necessity.2 For purposes of computation of time when filing a petition for reconsideration or application 
for review, or for judicial review of the Commission’s decision, the date of “public notice” shall be the 
release date of this notice.3
Domestic Section 214 Application Filed for the Acquisition of Certain Assets of O1 
Communications, Inc. by U.S. TelePacific Corp., WC Docket No. 10-156, Public Notice, DA 10-
