The Audio Division issued a Notice of Proposed Rule Making in response to a Petition for Rule Making filed by Three Rivers Broadcasting LLC (“Petitioner”).1 The Notice proposes the allotment of FM Channel 257A at Grants Pass, Oregon, as potentially the community’s second commercial FM transmission service. 2. Petitioner filed comments and reply comments supporting the allotment of Channel 257A at Grants Pass. No other comments were received. 3. We find that the allotment of Channel 257A at Grants Pass, Oregon, would serve the public interest. The reference coordinates for Channel 257A at Grants Pass, Oregon, are 42-25-25 NL and 123- 26-25 WL, with a site restriction of 8.7 km (5.4 miles) west of the community. 4. The Commission will send a copy of this Report and Order in a report to be sent to Congress and the Government Accountability Office pursuant to the Congressional Review Act.2 5. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, That effective November 12, 2010, the FM Table of Allotments, 47 C.F.R. Section 73.202(b), IS AMENDED as follows: Community Channel Number Grants Pass, Oregon 257A 6.
