(GreatCall).1 GreatCall seeks designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) for the limited purpose of Lifeline and Link-Up support in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.2 GreatCall plans to offer most supported services through a resale agreement with Verizon Wireless and operator services and directory assistance through its own facilities.3 GreatCall seeks ETC designation for the limited purpose of participating in the universal service low-income Lifeline and Link-Up programs and does not request ETC designation to receive universal service high-cost support.4 Interested parties may file comments on or before November 1, 2010, and reply comments on or before November 15, 2010.
