Specifically, Neustar asks that the Commission increase Neustar’s pre-approved limit for certain debt transactions from one billion dollars to two billion dollars.3 Neustar does not seek to change any other condition set forth in the WCB 2007 Letter.4 Interested parties may file comments on Neustar’s request on or before October 22, 2010. All pleadings are to reference CC Docket No. 92-237.
