Accordingly, comments are due on Friday, December 17, 2010, and reply comments are due on Tuesday, January 18, 2011.3 Commenters must follow the filing instructions provided in Section VI.D. of the FNPRM.4 The LPDTV Transition FNPRM is available on the Commission’s website at http://www.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2010/db0917/FCC-10-172A1.doc.
