By the Chief, Satellite Division, International Bureau:
1. In this Order, the International Bureau grants, in part, CTIA-The Wireless Association’s 
(“CTIA”) request to extend the comment and reply periods in the above-captioned proceeding.  We find 
that a brief extension of time is in the public interest.
2. On November 19, 2010, the International Bureau placed LightSquared Subsidiary LLC’s 
(“LightSquared”) request to modify its authority for an Ancillary Terrestrial Component (“ATC”) on 
public notice.1 On November 24, 2010, CTIA filed a request to extend the deadline for comments and 
replies in this proceeding by one week.2 LightSquared filed an opposition to CTIA’s request.3 In order to 
encourage a more complete record and to allow interested parties the ability to participate fully and 
meaningfully in this proceeding, we find that a brief extension of time is warranted.
3. Accordingly, the deadline for initial comments is extended to December 2, 2010, and the 
deadline for reply comments is extended to December 9, 2010.
