EXTENSION OF REPLY COMMENT DATE TO FEBRUARY 24, 2010

Due to inclement weather in the Washington, D.C. region, the Commission was closed from 
Monday, February 8, 2010 through Thursday, February 11, 2010.  Accordingly, by its own motion,1 the 
Wireline Competition Bureau hereby grants an extension of the deadline for filing reply comments in the 
above-captioned proceeding, originally February 17, 2010,2 to February 24, 2010.  Parties must comply 
with all other procedures and filing requirements announced in the Analytical Framework PN.
