S2399SAT-STA-20091209-00143 E Effective Date: 03/04/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On March 4, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority for 100 days to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) frequencies to relocate the Intelsat 603 space station to the 11.5º E.L. orbital location, from its currently assigned orbital location of 19.95º W.L. During the drift, Intelsat will use the following frequencies: telecommand - 6173.7 MHz (LHCP) and 6176.3 MHz (LHCP); and telemetry - 3947.5 MHz (RHCP), 3948.0 MHz (RHCP), 3952.0 MHz (RHCP) and 3952.5 MHz (RHCP). S2232SAT-STA-20100203-00020 E Effective Date: 03/03/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority EchoStar Corporation Nature of Service: Direct Broadcast Satellite Service On March 3, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of EchoStar Corporation to operate the EchoStar 6 space station temporarily as an in-orbit spare at the 61.65° W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, EchoStar is authorized, for a period of 60 days, commencing on February 15, 2010, to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary to operate EchoStar 6 temporarily as an in-orbit spare at the 61.65° W.L. orbital location. EchoStar is authorized to use the 17,305 MHz frequency for telecommand and the 12,203 and 12,204 MHz frequencies for telemetry during these operations. EchoStar is also authorized to activate the Direct Broadcast Satellite communications payload on EchoStar 6 to conduct tests and in the event of a service outage of the EchoStar 3 or EchoStar 12 space stations. Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
