WITHDRAWAL OF PURPLE COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
EMERGENCY MOTION FOR STAY
AND
APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
On March 1, 2010, Purple Communications, Inc. (Purple) filed an Emergency Motion for Stay and an 
Application for Review of two demands for payment (Demands) issued by the Office of the Managing 
Director on February 19, 2010 and February 25, 2010.  On March 12, 2010, Purple filed a Notice of 
Withdrawal of Petitioner’s Application for Review and Emergency Motion for Stay.  As Purple’s motion 
and application have been withdrawn, the matters are terminated.
