On March 31, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc. for a period of 180 days
to operate two terrestrial repeaters at power levels of up to 2,000 watts equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) (average) in New York,
NY. One repeater will operate in the 2320-2332.5 MHz band and the other repeater will operate in the 2332.5-2345 MHz band.  These bands are
assigned to Sirius XM for the provision of Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS).

On March 30, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to Intelsat North America
LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) operations to effect the drift of the Intelsat 709 space station from the 58.45º E.L.
orbital location to the 50.0º E.L. orbital location, and from the 50.0º E.L. orbital location to the 58.45º E.L. orbital location.  Additionally, Intelsat
is authorized to operate the Intelsat 709 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200
MHz (space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands to provide fixed-satellite service (FSS) from the 50.0º E.L. orbital location once it arrives at that location.

On March 31, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp.  to continue to
operate its C- and Ku-band space station, Intelsat 3R, at the 43.1° W.L. orbital location from February 26 through April 26, 2010.  Accordingly,
PanAmSat is authorized to continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.00-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On March 30, 2010, the Satellite Division designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the
Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective immediately.  We find that designating this proceeding as
"permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
