On April 9, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp., for a period of 30 days, to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand (TT&C) operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 12 space station from the 129.0º W.L. orbital location to the 133.3º W.L. orbital location and to drift the space station from the 133.3º W.L. orbital location to the 133.0º W.L. orbital location, using the following frequencies: 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space; right-hand circular and horizontal polarization); 4198 MHz (space-to-Earth; left-hand circular and vertical polarization); and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth; left-hand circular and vertical polarization).
