On June 25, 2008, Sage Telecom, Inc. and Sage Telecom of Texas, L.P., (collectively, Sage Telecom) filed a petition for waiver of certain requirements related to the annual universal service contribution true-up methodology.1 On March 18, 2010, Sage filed a letter requesting withdrawal of its waiver petition.2 We grant Sage Telecom’s withdrawal request and, accordingly, dismiss the above- captioned pleading. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority delegated under sections 0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.204(b), and 0.291, that the request for withdrawal submitted by Sage Telecom, Inc. and Sage Telecom of Texas, L.P., filed March 18, 2010, IS GRANTED. 3.
