We will consider all comments that already have been filed in response to the FNPRM. Additionally, we note that commenters may refile or supplement comments already filed. We ask that commenters refiling or supplementing their comments inform the Commission that they had previously filed comments and that the current filing either replaces or supplements the earlier filing. Dec. 2, 2009). 2 The Commission set the comment and reply comment deadlines for this FNPRM as 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of the summary of the FNPRM in the Federal Register.
