In this Forfeiture Order (“Order”), we issue a monetary forfeiture in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) to Burken Broadcasting, LLC ("Burken"), registered owner of antenna structure # 1219542, in Las Vegas, Nevada, for repeated violation of Section 17.57 of the Commission's Rules ("Rules").1 The noted violation involves Burken’s failure to immediately notify the Commission of a change in ownership information for antenna structure # 1219542. 2. On August 31, 2009, the Enforcement Bureau’s Los Angeles District Office issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”) in the amount of $3,000 to Burken for failing to immediately notify the Commission of a change in ownership information for antenna structure # 1219542, in violation of Section 17.57 of the Rules.2 Despite evidence that Burken received the NAL, Burken has not filed a response to the NAL. Based on the information before us, we affirm the forfeiture. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 503(b) of the Act,3 and Sections 0.111, 0.311 and 1.80(f)(4) of the Commission’s Rules,4 Burken Broadcasting, LLC, IS LIABLE FOR A MONETARY FORFEITURE in the amount of $3,000 for repeatedly violating Section 17.57 of the Rules.5 4. Payment of the forfeiture shall be made in the manner provided for in Section 1.80 of the Rules within 30 days of the release of this Order.
