Media Bureau Announces Filing of Applications for Consent to Assignment of Broadcast Station Licenses by Tribune and Its Subsidiary Companies and Permit-But-Disclose Ex Parte Status for the Proceeding, Public Notice, DA No. 10-840, MB Docket No. 10-104 (rel. May 13, 2010). In that same public notice, the Media Bureau announced that the proceeding would be permit-but-disclose for ex parte purposes.
