orbital location to the 50.0º W.L. orbital location and to temporarily operate Intelsat 1R at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location.

On January 13, 2010, the Satellite Division granted the motion of Globalstar Licensee LLC to defer the deadline for filing an opposition to a
pleading made by Iridium Satellite LLC with respect to Globalstar’s applications to amend its space station authorization and to modify
associated earth station authorizations, which were filed on December 21, 2009.  Accordingly, the deadline for filing an opposition to
Iridium’s pleading is deferred until Globalstar's December 21 applications to amend its space station authorization and to modify its earth
station authorizations are placed on public notice, and oppositions to petitions to deny, or responses to informal objections, are due pursuant
to Section 25.154(c) of the Commission’s rules.

pleadings filed by Iridium Satellite LLC and CTIA - The Wireless Association with respect to Globalstar’s application to modify its space
station authorization, which was filed on December 14, 2009.  Accordingly, the deadline for filing an opposition to the Iridium and CTIA
pleadings is deferred until the date on which Globalstar's December 14 application is placed on public notice, and oppositions to petitions to
deny, or responses to informal objections, are due pursuant to Section 25.154(c) of the Commission’s rules.
