S2399SAT-STA-20100519-00104 E Effective Date: 05/20/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On May 20, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC for a period of 30 days to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Telecommand operations with the Intelsat 603 space station and to provide Fixed-Satellite Service temporarily in certain C-band frequencies from the 11.5º E.L. orbital location.
