(PRTC)2 requesting that the Commission reconsider its decision declining to establish a new universal service high-cost support mechanism for non-rural insular carriers.3 Pursuant to section 1.429(e) of the Commission’s rules, the comment and reply comment deadline for the PRTC Petition is 15 days and 25 days, respectively, after publication of the PRTC Petition Public Notice in the Federal Register.4 The PRTC Petition Public Notice was published in the Federal Register on May 28, 2010.5 Accordingly, comments will be due on June 14, 2010, and reply comments will be due on June 22, 2010. 1 Comment Sought on the Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Inc.
