1. Saint Paul Public Schools (Saint Paul), Saint Paul, Minnesota, sought review of a
decision by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) concerning Saint Paul's application
for discounted services under the B-rate program for funding year 2003.1 After filing its request for
review with Commission, Saint Paul canceled the funding requests at issue in the appeal.2 We therefore
dismiss without prejudice Saint Paul's request for review.
2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority contained in sections 1-4 and
254 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § § 151-154 and 254, and pursuant to
authority delegated under sections 0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §
0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a), that the request for review filed on May 31, 2006, by Saint Paul Public
Schools, Saint Paul, Minnesota IS DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
