WIRELINE COMPETITION BUREAU RELEASES CLEAN DRAFT FORMAT
OF PROPOSED E-RATE ELIGIBLE SERVICES LIST

On June 24, 2011, the Wireline Competition Bureau released changes to the Eligible Services List
(ESL) for the schools and libraries universal service program (E-rate) proposed for funding year 2012.'
The June 24th Public Notice included a "redline" version showing the proposed changes from funding
year 2011 to funding year 2012.
By this public notice, we release the proposed ESL in a clean draft format. We believe that
providing this document will assist the public in understanding the changes that are being proposed.
