CORRECTIONS S2636SAT-MOD-20070323-00055 EchoStar Corporation This public notice corrects the informative for EchoStar Corporation, IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20070323-00055, which appeared in Public Notice, Actions Taken, Report No. SAT-00790, DA 11-1176, dated July 8, 2011. The July 8 Public Notice listed the incorrect orbital location and did not list the 29.25-29.50 GHz frequency band, which was also included in the surrendered authorization. The corrected text is as follows: On September 2, 2009, EchoStar Corporation surrendered its authorization to operate a Ka-band geostationary satellite orbit Fixed-Satellite Service space station at the 112.85° W.L. orbital location.
