In this Forfeiture Order (“Order”), we issue a monetary forfeiture in the amount of twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to Miller Communications, LLC (“Miller Communications”), owner of antenna structure number 1018669 located in Red Hill, Georgia, for willful and repeated violation of section 303(q) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (“Act”)1 and sections 17.47(a) and 17.51(a) of the Commission’s rules (“Rules”).2 The noted violations involved Miller Communications’s failure to monitor antenna structure lighting and failure to exhibit all red obstruction lighting from sunset to sunrise. 2. On April 12, 2011, the Enforcement Bureau’s Atlanta Office (“Atlanta Office”) issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”) in the amount of $12,000 to Miller Communications.3 Miller Communications has not filed a response to the NAL.4 Based on the information before us, we affirm the forfeiture. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to section 503(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,5 and sections 0.111, 0.204, 0.311 and 1.80(f)(4) of the Commission’s rules,6 Miller Communications, LLC IS LIABLE FOR A MONETARY FORFEITURE in the amount of $12,000 for violations of section 303(q) of the Act and sections 17.47(a) and 17.51(a) of the Rules.7 4. Payment of the forfeiture shall be made in the manner provided for in section 1.80 of the Rules within 30 days of the release of this Order. The payment must include the NAL/Account Number and FRN Number referenced above. Payment by check or money order may be mailed to Federal Communications Commission, P.O.
