(Micronet) filed a request1 to withdraw a petition2 opposing an application filed by Teltranet Licenses, LLC (Teltranet) to modify Common Carrier Fixed Point to Point Microwave Station WPZB934.3 For the reasons stated below, we grant the Withdrawal Request. Micronet has made the certifications required by Section 1.935(a) of the Commission’s Rules.4 Teltranet has also made the certifications required by Section 1.935(b) of the Commission’s Rules.5 Furthermore, we find that withdrawal of the Petition would be in the public interest because it would terminate litigation concerning the application in question.
