Maricopa County Regional School District (Maricopa County), Phoenix, Arizona, sought review of a decision by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) concerning Maricopa County’s application for discounted services under the E-rate program for funding year 2008.1 After Maricopa County filed its request for review with the Commission, USAC issued a Revised Funding Commitment Decision Letter to Maricopa County that approved the funding at issue in its appeal.2 We therefore dismiss without prejudice Maricopa County’s request for review. 2.
