1. Maricopa County Regional School District (Maricopa County), Phoenix, Arizona, sought 
review of a decision by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) concerning Maricopa 
County’s application for discounted services under the E-rate program for funding year 2008.1 After 
Maricopa County filed its request for review with the Commission, USAC issued a Revised Funding 
Commitment Decision Letter to Maricopa County that approved the funding at issue in its appeal.2 We 
therefore dismiss without prejudice Maricopa County’s request for review.  
2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority contained in sections 1-4 and 
254 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 151-154 and 254, and pursuant to 
authority delegated under sections 0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 
0.91, 0.291, and 54.722(a), that the request for review filed on April 9, 2009, by Maricopa County 
Regional School District, Phoenix, Arizona, IS DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
