In this order, we dismiss as untimely petitions for reconsideration by Rockwood School District, Eureka, Missouri (Rockwood) and Yakutat School District, Yakutat, Alaska (Yakutat) of decisions by the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau).1 2. The petitioners seek reconsideration of the July 27, 2011 Beaver Area MemorialLibrary Order denying the school districts a waiver of the E-rate program's FCC Form 471 application filing window deadline.2 Petitions for reconsideration must be filed within 30 days of public notice of the Bureau's decision.3 Rockwood filed its petition for reconsideration on August 31, 2001 and Yakutat filed its petition for reconsideration on September 4, 201 i,4 35 and 39 days after the order's release date, respectively. We therefore dismiss Rockwood and Yakutat's petitions for reconsideration because they are untimely. The Bureau has the authority to act on petitions requesting reconsideration of final actions taken pursuant to delegated authority. 47 C.F.R. § 1.l06(a)(l) (2011). Letter from William M. We also find that the petitions for reconsideration did not contain any new facts or circumstances that would result in a waiver of our rules for late-filed FCC Forms 471 (e.g., was filed within 14 days of the FCC Form 471 deadline or other special circumstances).5 4. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority contained in sections 1-4 and 254 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 151-154 and 254, and pursuant to authority in sections 0.91, 0.291, 1.3, 1.106, and 54.722(a) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.91, 0.291, 1.3, 1.106, and 54.722(a), that the petitions for reconsideration filed by Rockwood School District, Eureka, Missouri, and Yakutat School District, Yakutat, Alaska are DISMISSED.
