AND LOCAL SWITCHING SUPPORT FORMULAS

On August 30, 2011, the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. filed its 2012 Modification
of Average Schedule Universal Service High-Cost Loop Support Formula.1 On September 28, 2011, the
Universal Service Administrative Company filed its 2012 Average Schedule Company Local Switching
Support Formula.2 The proposed fonnulas, if approved, would be scheduled to take effect on January 1,
2012, and remain in effect through December 31, 2012. The Wireline Competition Bureau seeks
comment on the proposed formulas.
Interested parties may file comments on or before November 4, 2011 and reply comments on
or before November 21, 2011. All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 05-337. Comments may
be filed using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) or by filing paper copies.3
Electronic Filers: Comments may be filed electronically using the Internet by accessing the
ECFS: http://fiallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs2/.
Paper Filers: Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and four copies of each
filing. If more than one docket or rulemaking number appears in the caption of this proceeding,

This matter shall be treated as a "permit-but-disclose" proceeding in accordance with the
