S2401SAT-STA-20110912-00177 E Effective Date: 10/06/2011Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC On October 6, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to continue to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to maintain Intelsat 706 at 72.0º E.L., using the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). S2387SAT-STA-20110915-00181 E Effective Date: 09/30/2011Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC On September 30, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC for special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to drift its Galaxy 15 space station from 133.1° W.L. to its assigned location of 133.0° W.L. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to conduct TT&C operations using frequencies centered on 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 4198.0 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth). Lockheed Martin will operate LM-RPS1 in the 1166.20-1186.7 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1565.17-1585.67 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6629.02-6649.52 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6680.17-6700.67 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Upon arrival at the 133.0º W.L. orbital location, Lockheed Martin shall resume operations of the LM-RPS1 space station subject to the conditions of the authority previously granted to Lockheed Martin to operate LM-RPS1 at 133.0º W.L.
