Viaero requests the Commission's agreement with the decision of the Kansas State Corporation Commission to redefine the service areas of several rural telephone companies: Golden Belt, S&T Telephone Cooperative Association, Tn-County Telephone Association, Twin Valley, and Wheat State.2 On August 4, 2011, the Bureau released a public notice seeking conmient on Viaero ' s petition.3 Pursuant to section 54.207(c)(3) of the Commission's rules, the Bureau has 90 days from the release date of a public notice to initiate a proceeding to consider petitions to redefine the service areas of rural telephone companies.4 This notice constitutes initiation of such a proceeding for the Petition. Interested parties may file comments on or before November 28, 2011, and reply comments on or before December 13, 2011. All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 09-197.
