Guard Band Licensee and Band Manager Annual Reports Are Due March 1, 2011
By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) reminds certain licensees that 
the tenth annual reports from 700 MHz Guard Band Licensees and the ninth annual report from Access 
220, LLC, a 220 MHz Band Manager,1 are due March 1, 2011.  In the annual reports, Guard Band 
Licensees and Access 220, LLC, must supply the Commission with specific information for each license 
held.2 In addition, the reports must be filed electronically through the Bureau’s internet site at 
http://esupport.fcc.gov/reports/700_guard/submitreport.jsp.3 The public can view the reports at 
http://wireless.fcc.gov/services/index.htm?job=about_reports&id=700_guard.
