Intelsat is also authorized to continue to temporarily provide fixed-satellite services via Galaxy 26 in the Ku-band frequencies of 14.0-14.5 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz at the 50.0º E.L. orbital location on an unprotected, non-interference basis and subject to the power flux density limits placed on operations in the 11.7-12.2 GHz frequency band specified in the International Telecommunication Union Radio Regulations, Appendix 30, Annex 1, Sections 1(a) and 4, for the protection of co-frequency broadcast-satellite service and terrestrial operations. EchoStar is authorized to operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95° W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in the 12.2-12.7 GHz band. INFORMATIVE On December 8, 2011, the Bureau determined that Intelsat License LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with the authorization for the Intelsat 18 satellite at the 180.0° E.L. orbital location. The Bureau previously found that Intelsat had met the first three milestones.
