(MeetingOne) filed an application for review of a decision of the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau).' In that decision, the Bureau found that: (i) the Internet Protocol audio bridging services offered by MeetingOne are subject to federal universal service fund (USF) reporting and contribution obligations; and (ii) prospective-only application of MeetingOne's direct USF reporting and contribution obligations in connection with its provision of audio bridging services is not warranted.2 Interested parties may file comments on or before January 12, 2012, and reply comments on or before January 27, 2012.
